Strawberry Jalapeño Pork Tenderloin

Grilled Strawberry Jalapeño Pork Tenderloin is tenderloin like you’ve never seen it before with a delectable blend of sweet and spicy flavors.

Pork tenderloin can be hard to grill without drying it out, but the SABER® grills cooking system directs the airflow away from the cooking surface to lock in natural moisture.

How do you grill a tenderloin without drying it? First, sear the tenderloin directly on the grates. Then finish the cook on the warming rack in the roast position. Cook until the internal temperature is about 140°F. Remove the tenderloin from the heat and let it rest for about 10 to 15 minutes. (While the tenderloin is resting, it will reach the desired internal temperature of 145°F.)

  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Hot sauce
  • 3 Jalapeños, minced or chopped
  • 3 tps garlic, minced (or one clove)
  • ¾ cup strawberry jam


  • Preheat grill to medium
  • Combine olive oil, salt, pepper and hot sauce.
  • Marinate tenderloin for about 30-45 minutes
  • Cook 6-8 minutes or until a minimum internal temp of 145° F
  • While the tenderloin is cooking, combine Jalapeño, garlic and strawberry jam
  • Bring to a boil and immediately reduce to simmer
  • Let simmer for about 10 minutes
  • Serve tenderloin with strawberry jalapeno elixir drizzled over the top
