Tip: For even more flavor, use grilled Romaine lettuce instead of a mix lettuce. Cut Romaine hearts in half lengthwise. Rub with olive oil and a little salt and pepper (and/or other seasonings to your preference). Place the lettuce on the hot grates. Grill for a few minutes to caramelize and slightly wilt the lettuce. Pull the lettuce off the grates and chop into chunks.
