  • Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • Thick Cut Bread
  • Butter


  • Pre-heat SABER® EZ Griddle to medium heat. There should be one burner turned ON at medium heat under the griddle, and all other burners turned OFF.
  • Butter one side of each slice of bread. Set aside.
  • Make your sandwiches by putting 2 to 3 slices of sharp cheddar between two slices of bread, making sure the buttered side is on the outside.
  • Place on griddle buttered side down. When golden brown, flip to cook the other side. Remove when cheese is melted and bread is golden brown on both sides.
  • Rest 2 minutes and slice the grilled cheese.
