Grill Fish Tacos for a Quick Anytime Meal

Enjoy these fish tacos with a fresh margarita and you have an instant celebration.

It doesn’t have to be Tuesday to enjoy Tacos! This recipe is so easy, you’ll whip them up any night of the week and put the local Mexican joint to shame. Just throw the freshest Mahi Mahi you can find on the grill with a little salt and pepper, and let your SABER® grill do the rest. While waiting for the fish to cook, use your SABER® EZ Stainless Griddle to warm up the tortillas.

To finish it off, whip up your own homemade pineapple salsa and top your tacos off with a hint of fresh-squeezed lime, cilantro and radish.

Pro tip: Fresh is always best! For the freshest possible herbs, you can start a small backyard garden in no time—or throw some assorted herbs in a potted plant that you can keep next to the grill. Clip a handful of fresh cilantro—you won’t believe the difference compared to store-bought alternatives.

Ingredients

  • 6-inch flour tortillas
  • Mahi Mahi
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Radish
  • Cilantro
  • Lime
  • Salsa

Directions

  • Preheat Saber® grill to high heat
  • Brush a little extra virgin olive oil on fish and sprinkle with salt and pepper (or other seasoning of your choice) before placing on the grill
  • Heat tortillas on top shelf
  • When fish is done (it will be opaque and flake easily with a fork), divide fish and place on tortillas
  • Top with radish, cilantro, a squeeze of lime and salsa
