black bean Stuffed Jalapeños Wrapped In Bacon


  • Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • Large jalapeño peppers
  • Bacon
  • Seasoning of your choice (Suggestions: salt & pepper, cumin & chili powder, or taco seasoning)


  • Preheat Saber® grill to high heat
  • Drain and rinse can of black beans and season them with spices of your choice
  • Cut peppers lengthwise, leaving the stem in tact, and remove seeds and membrane (Did you know the seeds and the membrane are what make the peppers hot in the first place? Removing them removes the heat if you don’t want such a kick!)
  • Stuff peppers with black beans
  • Wrap peppers in slices of bacon and place on grill until perfectly crisp
