Grilled turkey and SABER Infrared Grill

Ingredients

  • Sweet Potatoes, cut in wedges
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Equipment: SABER Grill, cutting board, tongs, chef knife, bowl

Directions

  • Pre-heat grill to medium heat.
  • Cut the sweet potatoes into thick wedges. Set aside in a bowl. Toss with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Grill potato wedges on medium heat until slightly browned, lightly charred and tender (or until easily pierced with a knife).
